"Services" refers to AI-powered virtual try-on, personalized recommendations, design customization, and related support services provided by WigMirror.

"Credits" refers to virtual points purchased by users for redeeming services.

"User Content" refers to photos, videos, text, and other materials uploaded, submitted, or generated by users while using our services.

"We/Company" refers to WigMirror and its affiliated entities.

By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us.

Our services include but are not limited to:

AI-powered virtual wig try-on

Personalized wig recommendations based on face shape and skin tone

Wig design and customization services

Related technical support and customer service

We may modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of our services at any time and will notify users in advance when possible.

Certain features require account registration. You should:

Provide true, complete, and accurate information;

Safely keep your account credentials;

Be responsible for all operations under your account;

Update contact information promptly.

If we discover the following situations, we have the right to restrict or terminate your account:

False information or fraudulent behavior;

Violation of usage rules or applicable laws;

Malicious attacks or service abuse;

Non-payment of due fees.

You commit not to engage in the following behaviors:

Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property or privacy;

Use services for illegal, false, or misleading purposes;

Copy, resell, or redistribute services without permission;

Attempt to attack, interfere with, or bypass system security;

Spread viruses, malicious code, or spam.

You retain ownership of uploaded content.

You grant us a global, non-exclusive, revocable license solely for providing, improving, or maintaining services, not for other commercial purposes.

Our services, software, algorithms, and content are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied, distributed, modified, or derived without authorization.

AI-generated results' intellectual property belongs to users, but the company may retain anonymized data for model improvement.

Payment

Some services require payment, all prices are displayed in USD, excluding applicable taxes.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your payment information.

Credits are non-transferable once purchased, unless required by applicable laws.

Refund Policy (14-Day Version)

Within 14 days of purchase, if credits are unused, you may apply for a refund;

Refund amount is calculated based on actual payment amount; bonus credits are non-refundable;

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after confirmation.

Cooling-off Period

In the EU, UK, and other legally required regions, you have 14-day cooling-off period refund rights;

If you have used any credits during the cooling-off period, it is deemed that you agree to immediately fulfill the contract and waive refund rights for the unused portion.

Exclusions and Exceptions

Purchases over 14 days are non-refundable;

Used credits are non-refundable;

Credits obtained from gifts, rewards, or promotional activities are non-refundable.

Special Notes

We reserve the right to verify refund application authenticity to prevent fraud or abuse;

This policy does not affect your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of continuous error-free operation or complete compliance with user expectations.

AI recommendations and virtual try-on results are for reference only and do not constitute medical, beauty, or professional advice.

Appearance differences may exist due to lighting, screen display, and personal conditions.

We are not responsible for problems caused by third-party services (such as payment gateways, network providers, AI model APIs).

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the actual fees you paid for services in the past 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or special damages.

If local laws do not allow liability limitations, they shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You may stop using or apply to close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate services based on reasonable grounds (such as violations, fraud, service abuse).

After account termination:

Your access will immediately stop;

Some data will be deleted within a reasonable period;

Paid fees will not be refunded (unless applicable refund policies apply).

We may update terms, and significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance through website announcements or emails.

Continued use of services is deemed acceptance of new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the company's registered jurisdiction, without considering conflict of law principles.

Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unable to resolve, they should be submitted to courts with jurisdiction in the company's registered location.

Consumer protection laws may grant you additional rights, and these terms do not affect those rights.
